Melting Pot’s Curry Sauce Recipe

I took Sprout to the Melting Pot for her birthday last night. We love to go there for the fun, the cheese, the food, and the chocolate. I go for the curry sauce. I put it on everything. Here’s the supposed recipe, from not one, but two locations. I need to make this now!

1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
1/2 cup mango chutney
2 teaspoons minced red onion
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients in a food processor, and pulse several times until desired consistency is reached. Chill, covered in a bowl, 2 hours before using, so flavors may meld. Can be stored up to three days in refrigerator.
